Learn to actually do the job of an IT Project Manager. Then get hired doing it.

No coding. No computer science degree. No starting your life over.

Most people don't fail to get into tech because they aren't capable. They fail because nobody ever showed them the door, and nobody taught them how to prove they can already do the work. That is exactly what this is for.

This is for you if:

  • You don't work in IT and you want a way in that doesn't involve code
  • You just got your PMP, CAPM, or a Scrum cert and still don't feel ready to run a real project
  • You have no idea what IT project management even is, but you're ambitious and you want a better life
  • You're worried AI is coming for your job

What you get, every month:

  1. 11 full courses, start to finish: IT Project Management Foundations. Agile and Scrum Essentials. Mastering the IT Project Lifecycle, covering SDLC and Agile hybrid. Requirements Gathering and Documentation. Planning and Scheduling. Tools Mastery in Jira, Confluence and Teams. Stakeholder Management, Communication and Reporting. Risks, Issues, Dependencies and Change Control. Budgeting, Resourcing and Vendor Management. Delivering Enterprise IT Projects.
  2. Live sessions every single day: Not recordings. Real sessions with me, covering interview prep, how to actually use AI in project management, how to lead a kickoff or a status meeting or a room where two people are arguing, how to use each project artifact, how to apply to jobs, and exactly what your resume should look like.
  3. Live role plays:You sit in the seat. Gathering requirements from someone who doesn't know what they want. Running a risk assessment. Building a roadmap. Handling a change request after the work already started. Handling conflict. You will be bad at it the first time. That is the entire point of doing it here instead of in an interview.
  4. My real project artifacts:The actual templates I use to run and track large IT projects. Not textbook examples. They work at any company, any size, any type of project, and they're yours to keep and to show people.
  5. 1:1 time with me: Book time to go over your resume, walk through your career plan, get unstuck on the course material, or just talk it through.
  6. How long it takes: Most people get through everything in about 12 weeks. Some go faster, some take longer. It's yours to move at whatever speed your life allows.
  7. What it costs: $50 a month. Cancel any time. Your first 3 days are free, so you can open every course and sit in on a live session before you pay anything.

The goal.Every single thing in here is built backward from one outcome: getting you into a high paying IT project management job.

Every path starts with you.

I'm Idris, and I manage IT projects for one of the largest health companies in the country. My route here wasn't planned. I spent years running a service business, coordinating crews and schedules and money, until I decided I wanted work that paid better and gave me my evenings back. Tech looked closed off unless you could code. It isn't. I moved into project management with the State of Virginia first, then into healthcare. No certification, no computer science background, nobody on the inside to vouch for me. What I did have was a long record of running things that nobody had ever labeled as projects, and once I understood how to present that, it was enough. The PMP came later, after I'd been doing the work long enough to recognize what the textbook was describing. Useful. Not the reason anyone hired me. I built PathU because nobody laid this route out for me, and I'd rather you didn't have to find it the way I did.
